In this façade system, an aluminum profile is not seen from the outside, and a completely glass appearance is created. In this system, in which aluminum vertical and horizontal facade carcasses and sub-construction are formed, the glasses are adhered with special chemicals (structural silicone) on the cassettes made of aluminum profiles. Then the glass cassettes are connected on aluminum carcasses with system apparatus.

When viewed from the outside of your building, the vertical and horizontal glass joints of only 15mm and the joints with 15mm depth appear in thin lines, giving the exterior a stylish appearance. Since the sealing between the glass panels is provided by double EPDM wicks, no sealing silicone is applied between the panels. If desired, all glass modules can be turned into hidden wings that open outwards with mechanism and arm reinforcement (without being clear which one opens from outside when closed).

Heat glasses to be used on silicone facades are manufactured in stages with special silicone filling that are not affected by UV rays. Double-component (Dow Corning DC 993) or (Sikasil sg 500) brand structural silicones are bonded to the cassettes manufactured according to the system details, in the factory environment, with distance determining tape (Norton Tape) and bonding silicone (bonding) process. The compatibility of the bonding silicone with the filling silicone of the insulating glass is absolutely tested, and the problems that may occur during the process are prevented.
